No, all quoted prices are wholesale without GST and are subject to change without notice.
Do the prices quoted include the freight charge?
No, the freight charge is calculated once the order has been packed.
Do you have a minimum order amount?
Yes we do, the minimum for the first order is $500.00 and a surcharge of $15 will apply to all orders under $150.00 after your initial order.
Do you have 30 day accounts?
Yes we do, if you'd like to move from a proforma account to a 30 day account we can send you the credit application that you'll need to fill out. The Director(s) of the applicant company must sign the personal guarantee at the bottom of the application form.
Why am I on a proforma account and what is a proforma account?
When you first start ordering from us you will be put onto a proforma account, all orders that you place while you are on a proforma account must be paid prior to us sending the goods to you. You must complete at least 1 order while on proforma prior to being able to move onto a 30 day account.
How do I pay for my orders?
The fastest method is to give us a credit card, failing that we also accept direct deposits and cheques. If you decide to go with direct deposit you can find our bank account details on the bottom of your invoice.
Do you have a time limit on making claims or adjustments?
Yes we do, after receiving your order you'll have 7 days to get in touch if there's any problems with the order.
Do we have to bring the damaged / incorrect stock back ourselves?
Goods being returned must be authorized by craft studio and only craft studio nominated carriers to be used for such returns.
Do you charge me freight for returning stock / making a claim?
We will only charge you freight for returns if you're at fault, for example if you ordered an incorrect design, etc.
How do I get a credit for the claim / adjustment?
Once we have received the returned and confirmed it we will issue a credit note which will be sent to you via fax / email / mail. However payment of account balances must not be delayed whilst awaiting for adjustment note(s).
How do you wash your products?
- Cold handwash.
- Dry in shade.
- Do not tumble dry.
- Do not leave outside.
- Do not store wet.
Are your products able to be put outside?
Yes and no, you can put them outside but be warned that the designs / colours will fade over time in the sun. Do your best to keep them dry and in the shade if possible while outside.
Do the cushion covers come with inserts / fills?
No, however you can purchase the inserts from us separately if you'd like.
If I order multiple cushions in the same design will they all be the same?
All our merchandise items are hand made. As a result individual pieces may have minor variations in colour and texture, however the variations are an intrinsic part of the style and character of the merchandise. No request for claim or adjustment will be recognized on the basis of these variations.
What happens if I order an out of stock item?
Out of stock items will be automatically "back ordered" unless we are advised to the contrary. If you require substitute styles or items please advise us promptly of the required substitute or additional stock requirements. (Normal freight charges will apply to back orders.)
