Prices

Prices quoted are wholesale without GST and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include freight charges.

Minimum Order

The minimum first order is $500. A surcharge of $15 will apply to all other orders less than $100. In placing an order with Craft Studio you are deemed to have accepted all of craft studio trading terms.

Payment Terms

First orders are payment by proforma and must be paid in full prior to the order being processed. No early payment discount applies to proforma invoices. 30 day accounts are net, and payable in full 30 days from date of invoice. Payment of accounts must not be delayed whilst awaiting adjustment note(s). Payment of accounts may be made by cash/cheque/direct deposit. We accept credit cards Visa / MasterCard without discount for payment within 7 days. Goods remain the property of craft studio until all amounts are fully paid.

New Accounts

Craft Studio account application forms must be completed and approved prior to 7-day / 30-day accounts being activated. The Director(s) of the applicant company must sign the personal guarantee at the bottom of the application form. proforma orders must be paid in full prior to the order being processed.

Claims and Adjustments

All claims must be made in writing noting invoice number and specifying the reason the the claim within 7 days of receipt of goods. Goods being returned must be authorized by craft studio and only craft studio nominated carriers to be used for such returns. Craft Studio adjustment notes will be issued after the receipted return of goods unless other arrangements are approved. Payment of account balances must not be delayed whilst awaiting for adjustment note(s).

Back Orders

Out of stock items will be automatically "back ordered" unless we are advised to the contrary. Of you require substitute styles or items please advise us promptly of the required substitute or additional stock requirements. Normal freight charges will apply to back orders.

Craft Studio (AUST) PTY LTD

All our merchandise items are hand made. As a result individual pieces may have minor variations in colour and texture, however the variations are an intrinsic part of the style and character of the merchandise. No request for claim or adjustment will be recognized on the basis of these variations.
